The Talma family has been connected with glass production for decades. Piotr Talma carries on this family's tradition of glass making that dates back five generations. Born in 1964, from 1984 to 1992 studied at the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass of the Wroclaw Academy of Fine Arts, since 1994 has been designing glassware. He works with the finest glass makers. Until the year 2000 glass items signed "Talma" had been sold only in design-galleries, but later on, they became available in quality interior design shops. Items designed by Talma have been found to be interresting by both customers and media, which has resulted in many press releases and a lot of prizes.
